Keswick Estate 6 Dual Occupancy Lots

To be Auctioned this Wednesday

Six dual occupancy lots in the latest Keswick Estate land release will go under the hammer on behalf of Dubbo Regional Council in Dubbo on Wednesday 24 May.

Located in Gaza Avenue, Volta Avenue and Keswick Parkway the 6 lots can be developed as 2 separate detached dwellings or as duplex units.

Dual occupancy lots were introduced by Dubbo Council in the 2011 Dubbo LEP and have since proved very popular for both owner occupiers and investors.

Auctioneer Graeme Board of the selling agent Bob Berry Real Estate said “The trend for downsizers to acquire smaller blocks is attracting builders and developers to this emerging market demand.”

The location of these 6 lots so close to Orana Mall, Medical Centre, Sheraton Rd schools, Bunnings and Blue Ridge Business Park is very attractive for both owner occupiers and tenants.

The Auction will be conducted at Western Plains Cultural Centre at 6.00pm on Wednesday 24 May 2017.Keswick+Estate+Map+-+21+April+2017

Current Market Conditions

There were generally lower numbers of buyers at open for inspections on Saturday. This continues the trend now evident for the last month, of reduced attendance at open homes. Many buyers are uncommitted to an immediate purchase which is a reflection of the changing market conditions.

In total, there were 110 residential properties open for inspection in Dubbo on Saturday. Therefore, based on our annual average sales of approximately 650 residential properties, 12 of those 110 properties open for inspection last weekend will sell this week in Dubbo.
